Daging masak Jamur (Meat with mushrooms)

Meat can be substitute with chicken. Simple and quick meal to make for dinner.

Materials:
- 500 gr beef / lamb. Diced
- 300 g button mushrooms. Diced
- 4 peppers. Discard seeds and cut lengthwise
- 3 cloves of garlic. Finely chopped
- 1 large onion. roughly chopped
- 1 medium-size tomatoes. finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt, sugar and pepper powder to taste
- 2 tablespoons margarine for sauteing




How to cook:
1) Heat  butter, saute the beef until cooked and tender (can add water / broth and cook again until the meat really tender).
2) Put garlic and onion, stirring  until fragrant and wilted, then add tomatoes. Cook approximately 3 minutes.
3) Add mushrooms, salt, sugar and pepper powder. Cook again until the mushrooms wilt. Then add the soy sauce. Stir well.
4) Finally add the paprika. Cook about 5 min and turn off the heat.

Note:
If you want a little watery broth can be added according to taste

bahan-bahan:
- 500 gr daging sapi/ kambing. Potong dadu
- 300 gr jamur kancing. Potong dadu
- 4 buah paprika. Buang bijinya dan potong memanjang
- 3 siung bawang putih. Cincang halus
- 1 buah bawang bombay ukuran besar. cincang kasar
- 1 buah tomat ukuran sedang. cincang halus
- 1 sdm kecap manis
- garam, gula dan lada bubuk sesuai selera
- 2 sdm margarine untuk menumis


Cara memasak:
1) Panaskan margarine, tumis daging hingga matang dan empuk (bisa ditambahkan air/ kaldu dan masak kembali hingga daging benar-benar empuk).
2) masukkan bawang putih dan bawang bombay aduk hingga harum dan layu, lalu tambahkan tomat. Masak kurang lebih 3 menit.
3) Tambahkan jamur, garam dan lada bubuk. Masak kembali hingga jamur layu. Lalu tambahkan kecap manis. Aduk rata.
4) Terakhir masukkan paprika. Masak sekitar 5 mnt dan matikan api.

Note:
Jika menginginkan sedikit berkuah, bisa ditambah kaldu sesuai selera.
